Please find below important information on when to expect your deliveries, ordering times and hours of support over the festive period for all MWI Animal Health services.
Wholesale Customer Services Opening Hours:
Christmas
Customer services will be open as usual from 08:00 - 19:30 Monday-Friday (except the bank holidays Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December).
Orders placed Friday 22nd December will be delivered on Wednesday 27th December.
You can still order through your PMS system and online over the Christmas bank holiday until 19:30 on Tuesday 26th December, but delivery will not be until Wednesday 27th December.
New Year
Customer services will be open as usual from 08:00 - 19:30 Monday-Friday (except the bank holiday Monday 1st January 2024).
Orders placed Friday 29th December will be delivered on Tuesday 2nd January.
You can still order through your PMS system and online over the New Year bank holiday until 19:30 on Monday 1st January, but delivery will not be until Tuesday 2nd January.
If at all possible, please consider pulling your ordering timings earlier on these dates to midday/early afternoon to assist with the increased volume in the network over Christmas.
Please note deliveries for our customers in Scotland will resume on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
Closure of practices
We understand practices may be closed over the festive period or changing their opening hours.
Please can we ask you to inform us if your practice will be closed if you are expecting a delivery. This ensures our drivers aren’t making any unnecessary journeys and can deliver on time to other practices.
Alternatively, you could delay placing your order via your preferred method until your practice is due to re-open.
If you have a dedicated delivery day, we have sent you your delivery times. If you have any questions please call customer services on 03300 947 587, option 1.

Reminder: We can only process orders against an original home office requisition request form (FP10CDF)
Important: It is advisable to check your stocks 2-3 weeks before bank holidays and order accordingly.
