User Roles

Edit VAT Code User Roles

Two new user roles: 'Accounts - Edit Surcharge VAT' and 'Accounts - Edit Write Off VAT' have been added to the system to restrict users from changing the VAT code for Surcharge or Write Off transactions.

Site Library

Fixed Write Off transaction VAT Code

A new column 'Default Write Off VAT Code' has been added to the System > Sites library. This allows you to set a default VAT code for Write Off Transactions.

Reminder Service

We have added the ability to retrieve PractionerId and Practitioner data fields via the Merlin API. These fields can be used to identify who created a treatment record via the Reminder Service endpoints:
