I qualified from Bristol in 1986 and joined the Blue Cross after a couple of years in private practice. 

My career has been almost exclusively in small animal practice and I have additional qualifications in Companion Animal Behavior Counselling and Radiology.

Although I really enjoy working as a small animal vet, I have moved over to the managerial side and, after more than 10 years as Chief Vet of the Merton Hospital, for the last few years I have been leading the Blue Cross clinical procurement and a diversity of other projects.
